At Amazon Web Services (AWS), I lead Product Management, Go-to-Market, and Strategy & Operations for AWS Support and Cloud Operations, one of AWS’s fastest-growing multi-billion-dollar businesses. My mission is to help customers succeed on their cloud journey by delivering critical capabilities that power scale, resilience, and innovation.

My organization owns and operates a broad portfolio of foundational services used by every AWS customer, including AWS Health, Trusted Advisor, Well-Architected, Incident Detection & Response, Premium Support Plans, Security Incident Response, AWS re:Post, Recommendations & Insights, Self-Service Automation, and Support Center platforms. These offerings enable customers worldwide to achieve operational excellence, security, and reliability in the cloud.

Our GTM and commercial teams drive market strategy, partner engagement, and monetization—advancing both transition and technology-led sales motions to expand adoption and revenue.

The Strategy & Operations (S&O) function accelerates time-to-market, improves product quality, and unlocks cross-market growth through data-driven execution. It optimizes public and private pricing, advances monetization models, and defines the metrics that guide business outcomes. By integrating top- and bottom-line reporting, S&O provides a unified view of growth drivers, cost levers, and reinvestment opportunities—ensuring every initiative translates into measurable customer and financial impact.
