Throughout my extensive 25 year career in the Information Technology sector, I've held diverse leadership roles, leading high performing international teams that support enterprise infrastructure systems across various industries such as health, education, transport, finance, logistics, state and federal government, energy, and retail.
My professional approach aligns my behaviours and actions to my core values of responsibility, continuous learning, personal development, and a commitment to being of service. I've honed these values through my leadership approach, characterised with a coaching style that empowers teams exceeding 400 members. Financially I've managed a line of business with an annual P&L responsibility of $65 million, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth.
Since 2019, I've directed my growth toward my coaching practice, culminating in my achievement of the Associate Certified Coach qualification from the International Coaching Federation in August 2022. Central to my coaching philosophy is the belief in individuals' inherent resourcefulness. I leverage a strengths-based and mindset-oriented approach to challenge conventional thinking, addressing beliefs, assumptions, and potential blind spots that may hinder personal and professional growth.
