The Accidental Ally is a social enterprise that aims to create meaningful career pathways for individuals with cognitive and intellectual disabilities. The Accidental Ally's goal is to increase the employment rate for people with disabilities, which currently stands at 31% in the US, compared to 75% for their peers.
