San Diego Birth Network is an online platform that connects growing families with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum professionals. Established in 1997 as a doula group, it has since grown to include a wide range of dedicated professionals who support pregnant individuals, babies, and families throughout the entire perinatal period. The organization offers a comprehensive list of local providers, including birth doulas, postpartum doulas, midwives, OB/GYNs, childbirth educators, osteopaths, massage therapists, lactation specialists, yoga instructors, and birth and pregnancy photographers. As a project of Birth Resource Network, a non-profit organization, San Diego Birth Network has been providing families with birth and postpartum resources for over two decades. Their goal is to provide a centralized resource website where families can easily find practitioners for each stage of the prenatal, birth, and postpartum period.
