Since the beginning of my career, I saw myself as a healthcare provider and health systems operator and working with partners all over the world. Today as a senior manager with over 20 years of experience in improving worldwide Health and Logistics Systems Readiness, Preparedness and Performance, I can say for sure that I’m doing what I love to do.
Curentlly, I'm the Director of Strategic Planning & Organizational Management Directorate at Assuta Medical Centers which is the largest private hospital in the country.
On August 2022 I finished my position in the United States as a Senior Manager in the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the US Army improving the logistic chain and services for the Israeli Defense Forces by using international relationships abilities, advanced analytics, follow big-data tools, creating and maintaining models and procedures, and building partnerships with foreign countries and allays.
From 2015 (and counting), I’m the Chief of Operations of the Israeli National Field Hospital EMT3 & Humanitarian Aid Specialist and Mentor.
Previously, for 9 years, I held several different senior positions in the IDF Medical Corps, in all I lead high performances, teamwork and changes including managing mega military projects & large scales operation within Israel and overseas.

2022 - The US Army Commendation Medal, Issued by US Army.
2016 - I was the generator and the key factor of making the Israeli Field Hospital as the #1 EMT-3 in the world.
2014 - Won a Reward of Excellence for Unique performance commanding the Medical Equipment Center (MAZRAP) on behalf of the The Israeli Technological and Logistics Directorate (ATAL).
2011& 2013 - Won a Reward of Excellence for outstanding unit performance (MASHRAP) on behalf of the Chief of General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces.
2009 - Won a personal Reward of Excellence for outstanding performance as the Chief of Medical Operations on behalf of the The Israeli Technological and Logistics Directorate (ATAL).
