I am a real estate principal and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience spanning multifamily investment, development, construction, asset management, and property operations.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in the acquisition, development, construction oversight, management, and long-term ownership of residential and commercial real estate across the Pacific Northwest. My experience includes evaluating opportunities, structuring capital, overseeing execution, managing risk, and operating assets with a long-term ownership mindset.

I am currently co-founding 10D Properties, a real estate investment and development company focused on developing, owning, constructing, and managing high-quality multifamily housing throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are particularly focused on opportunities in the greater Puget Sound region, including both market-rate and affordable housing.
