Mirai Hara Top-Executive

Business development lead between US startups and Japanese companies, venture capitalist, and former software engineer with 20+ years experience (Java, C, then Python).

- As a BD lead and a venture capitalist, I have led our investments in six startups in the bay area since 2017, focusing on software technologies including machine learning, and IoT.

- Previously, I worked for NTT DOCOMO, Inc. I led some commercial application developments which have 1M+ users, then did new business developments for big municipalities.

- When I was in college and grad school, I built a small team and developed some games for Japanese feature phones, and sold them on mobile carriers' official app stores(NTT DOCOMO and Vodafone/SoftBank). Also I developed and provided ones as freeware(https://mirai.s3.amazonaws.com/games.gif).

- As one of my hobbies, I write a foreign exchange auto trade program using OANDA API, a prediction software for horse racing using ML(http://kikaikeiba.com/), and etc.
