Angela Clark-Mubarak is a digital and retail executive with decades of experience leading growth, transformation, and merchandising strategy for global brands and PE-backed companies. Her work spans e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and omni-channel retail across large-cap and startup environments alike.

She has held senior leadership roles at eBay, Levi's, Williams-Sonoma, Patagonia, True Religion, Eddie Bauer, Smith & Hawken, and elf Cosmetics.True Religion, she led a turnaround that grew EBITDA by 1,250%. At Levi's, she managed P&L across seven European businesses, growing sales 60% and improving EBITDA by 20%. At Smith & Hawken, a rebuild of our email strategy increased seasonal sales by as much as 221% over the prior year.

The last ten year of her career has been focused on developing talent and high-functioning teams in the Digital Marketing, e-commerce, and Product development space. Improving skill sets like managing leadership teams, cross functional partnership and go-to-market product launches.

Angela is the founder of Eclipse Advisory Group, a consultancy serving PE-backed brands, legacy retailers, and DTC startups navigating growth and transformation. She serves on the board of the California State Park Foundation and is an incoming Fellow at the Graham School at the University of Chicago.
