I started my career as a non-commissioned officer in the armed forces, where I led a team in the liaison service. The work was practical: make decisions under pressure, keep people aligned, and get the job done.
After several years, I moved into IT and completed a Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences at AVANS. During that time, I worked at an IT consultancy firm, focusing on support, CRM, ITSM, and SaaS solutions.
That’s where my interest shifted toward the connection between business and IT, and the role of data and change management in that space. I enjoy understanding how systems and processes work together and how to improve them in a way people actually adopt.
