With over 20 years of experience in leadership, software engineering, and product development, I am a passionate and innovative founder and CTO. I have a strong passion for creating user-centric and scalable solutions that address the needs and challenges of customers. I believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, continuous improvement, and integrity. I empower my teams to deliver high-quality products and services that consistently deliver results leading to high levels of product adoption.

As one of the first employees and the head of product engineering at IEX Group, I played a pivotal role in building The Investors Exchange, which was featured in Flash Boys by Michael Lewis. I architected and built applications to operate the exchange business and provide services to our clients, as well as led all aspects of UX across digital and physical client-facing touch-points.

I combine my expertise in engineering, user experience, and product to deliver innovative products, and have a history of operating live, mission-critical systems in the military and finance.
