As Director of IT at Eclipse Foundation, I’ve led the delivery of IT services and the modernisation of enterprise infrastructure through high-availability platforms, and I've helped sustain service levels exceeding 99.95% SLA on limited budgets. I’ve reduced technical debt while mentoring engineers, restructuring team roles, and embedding long-term thinking into IT operations—all with limited oversight and strong retention. I’ve been equally committed to user experience, driving customer-first service delivery validated through strong satisfaction survey results. I’ve contributed to security enhancements, open platform strategy, sustainable systems, and business development efforts that secured external partnerships—all while developing internal roadmaps in the absence of broader strategic direction.

Earlier in my career, I served as IT Manager, inheriting a fragmented environment of disconnected systems. I led a comprehensive unification effort—streamlining our web presence, integrating authentication, and converting isolated services into a reliable and coherent infrastructure. This laid the groundwork for modern IT practices that could scale with the organization.

Previously, I spent 8 years as a technical trainer, helping adults in career transition launch successful new paths in IT as system and network engineers. My hands-on, real-world approach and custom web-based exam simulation platform improved pass rates and student readiness—often leading to early job placements before graduation. Prior to that, I worked as a systems consultant, delivering end-to-end networking and software solutions tailored to client needs—on time, on budget, and with a commitment to long-term value.
