As Vice President, Velocity & AI at Radical Ventures, I work with pioneering AI founders to help them scale — connecting them with strategic partners, commercialization pathways, and the expertise needed to translate breakthrough research into lasting enterprise value. My role bridges deep tech innovation and business execution, helping founders navigate the complexities of growth, governance, and go-to-market scale. I also lead our internal AI, from strategy to execution, working with our various internal functions to streamline/automate workflows and gain an edge where it counts.

Before joining Radical, I served as VP, Retail Products at TD Bank Group, where I held full P&L ownership across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio, leading product strategy, customer growth, and digital transformation. Earlier, as VP, Head of AI at Layer 6, I helped scale machine learning capabilities across TD’s businesses in both Canada and the U.S., generating over $150M in net new revenue through AI-driven products and analytics.

A former McKinsey consultant and engineer by training, I hold dual Masters in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering and have authored 16+ patents in conversational AI and personalization. Recognized as one of the Top 25 Women in AI (Re•Work), I serve on boards and advisory councils advancing responsible and ethical AI, with a focus on building technology that drives meaningful, measurable impact.
