Alessandro Cordova ^{Top-Executive}

With a solid decade of experience nurturing innovation across startups and corporations, my path started at Bocconi University, where I founded the first and largest italian startup pre-accelerastor and supported over 400 early stage startup teams to bring their dreams to life and secure crucial funding. After co-founding 2 startups (1 exit), I moved to BCG where I've continued channeling this entrepreneurial spirit into driving digital transformations in the corporate world, before landing at CDP Venture Capital. Here I do corporate venture build: we co-create new ventures that have the potential to become the national champions of tomorrow alongside large Italian corporates.

My love for startups and innovation runs deep; they're my personal crusade, a chance to battle alongside visionaries, turning the impossible into the tangible. As a founder, I've steered my own high-tech startups from troublesome inceptions to successful funding and exits, whereas as an advisor, I've had the privilege of being part of many entrepreneurial journeys, sharing joy and sorrow with founders and projects of every type.

What may stand out about me is my authentic connection to people: the Alessandro you meet outside of the workplace is the same you work alongside everyday.
