With experience spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, and machine learning, I thrive on transforming industries through innovative products and technology. As the Head of Data for multiple startups including LocalAway and Sensible Weather, I've orchestrated comprehensive data strategies and architectures, enabling data-driven decision-making for organizations of all sizes. From consulting for international banks to collaborating with Google and McKinsey on impactful projects, I've traversed diverse landscapes, culminating in launching my own causal AI data platform before advising and leading data initiatives for startups. My passion lies in dissecting complex problems through a data-driven lens, driving the creation of teams, platforms, models, and prototypes. Hailing from Trinidad and Tobago and having lived across various regions including the U.S., U.K., and Germany, I bring a multicultural perspective and a commitment to fostering diversity, representation, and equity.

Outside of work, I spend time mentoring, traveling (visited 21 states & 27 countries to-date), building side projects, listening to live comedy & plays or finding the next best place to eat in a given city.
