Within my various roles, I'm keen on doing projects and activities with a real purpose, such as ESG, Sustainability, and trusted data-related streams., As Presales Director I manage a team of Bid and Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, Financial Engineers and Subject Matter Experts in Services, Solutions and Infrastructure Products and as such I'm also Member of the Fujitsu Belgium Management Team.
The team covers both large local and international RFP and CFT responses and smaller business as usual offers.
This responsibility includes people and team management, process ownership, quality management, risk management, P&L validation, etc. and working on the strategic direction of the teams together with sales management and the rest of the management team.
Additional responsibilities include management on Business Assurance for the Belux Region and heading the Innovation and R&D activities for Fujitsu Belgium covering relations with our global R&D, start-ups and partners.
