I am working as an enterprise architect and general problem solver for clients with difficult techno-organizational problems. Here are some examples of problems I have been working with as a Capgemini consultant:
- The customer wants to build a national e-health offering including a personal health record (PHR). My role has been that of Lead Architect / Developer. So far I have been involved in five of these deals. As part of my work in the healthcare sector I have also worked with slightly smaller systems such as Siemens Melior integrations, PMO and Mina Vårdkontakter.
- The customer wants to transition to a more Agile Way of Working in their organization. My assignment is usually as an Agile Coach / Expert to provide guidance and training to the organization. I have worked with introducing Agile across Europe and Asia since 2007.
- The customer has an unusual and very hard Socio-Technical-Economical problem. Examples of questions asked by the customer: "We paid _a lot of money_ for this software, did we get value for money?", "The software isn't working and the supplier blames our servers, what should we do?", "We ordered bespoke software and it was supposed to be delivered six months ago, is the situation salvageable or should we terminate the relationship?" I provide advisory services on how to remedy these problems based on my expertise and that of my team.
