Over 20 years I've led the full product lifecycle — from market research, feature definition, and design through to engineering delivery and commercial outcomes — across regulated financial services, enterprise data, and AI-native products. Before that, I co-founded Bonds India — a regulated fixed-income SaaS platform — as CTO, taking it from idea to 5 million users in 14 months. Every technology decision, hiring call, and architecture choice was mine.

•Strategic Partnerships: Started an outreach program, to collaborate and work with other banks and start-ups in the Trade finance space., Define the scope of a business requirement, decide the approach and produce the specification.
Drive the analysis effort from start to end for a given area keeping various stakeholders in the loop and getting approvals/sign offs from them.
