I focus on embedding the core pillars of ethical AI fairness, transparency, and accountability into the development and deployment of AI systems and models across the organisation. I work to put into place the gaurdrails to allow for the creating AI systems that are free from bias, maintain integrity, and enhance trust the industry and with customers.

With a clear understanding of the regulatory landscape and the complexities of AI in financial services, I work to ensure that innovation aligns with ethical principles, protecting both the organization and its customers. My passion lies in championing AI technologies that promote inclusivity and fairness, while driving sustainable growth and enhancing customer experience through responsible data use.
