Currently, as the Global Head of Employee Digital & Service Experience, I am driving the transformation of HR to a digital-first workforce. The digital environment requires constant disturbance, full agility, and active adoption within daily functions. We are restructuring from a service-based system to a new product-based operation and incorporating the adoption into everyday tasks.
