My work centers on simplifying complex ecosystems, increasing efficiency, and accelerating delivery - ensuring teams can build faster, with greater clarity, and at enterprise scale. My role spans multi-business-unit leadership across over $1T in client assets, with fiduciary oversight of a $500M+ technology investment portfolio, and close partnership with senior business and investment leaders.Before Fidelity, I founded and scaled multiple technology companies, built cloud-native products for millions of users, executed acquisitions, and grew teams from zero to high-performing engines of innovation.
