Aditi Chadha - Dee Top-Executive
I work on enterprise transformation, operating model and governance, & business-side AI enablement. My strongest work sits where strategy has to translate into execution: leaders want speed, teams need clearer ownership, & discussions have to turn into decisions, trade-offs, and measurable results. I bring structure, financial judgment, and cross-functional discipline to align ownership, reduce risk, & drive priority work into measurable business outcomes. At Accenture New York, I partner with Managing Directors & technologists on transformation, digital modernization, AI adoption, & PM. I work across business, technology, product, finance, external partners, & senior stakeholders to clarify priorities, surface risks early, align ownership, & drive complex execution forward with clearer decisions, accountability, & measurable progress. Earlier background spans M&A advisory at Grant Thornton, audit/internal controls at Deloitte, & building an IoT venture in Gurgaon. MIT Sloan MBA, Dean’s Fellow. Selected outcomes: 1. Governance and turnarounds: Established executive governance cadence, KPI visibility, risk tracking, & financial control; stabilized execution across 100+ stakeholders; reset scope-resource-timeline trade-offs & reduced risk across ~$6M of at-risk programs. 2. Commercial rigor & financial discipline: Shaped 18 proposals supporting ~$75M in shortlisted/awarded contract value, co-leading deal strategy, executive submissions, & pricing, cost, margin, headcount, and ramp scenarios with SMEs & senior stakeholders. 4. Builder and India operator: Built and validated an IoT venture with ~1,000 D2C interest, 2 enterprise prospects, and $110K raised; separately drove ~20% revenue growth in manufacturing operations and executed a COVID pivot, with 100K+ units produced and sold in 2 months.
