Fridtjof is the Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer of Antler, the global venture capital firm backing the world’s most driven founders from inception onwards. He oversees the firm’s external activities worldwide and serves on its investment committees.

With a mission to help great founders move further, faster, Antler invests in hundreds of startups each year. Since launching in 2018, it has backed more than 1,800 companies across emerging technologies such as AI, fintech, and climate tech—making it one of the world’s most active early-stage investors. Its portfolio includes companies such as Lovable, Micro1, Airalo, Wrtn and Peec.ai.

Operating in 27 cities across six continents, Antler spans the globe from San Francisco to Sydney, creating a platform where exceptional founders can thrive and scale.

Fridtjof was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Finance & Venture Capital and recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2023. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and previously worked at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in retail, consumer goods and financial services across Northern and Central Europe.
