Venture capitalist driving Japan’s startup ecosystem.

I am the founding General Partner of ANRI, one of Japan’s largest independent venture capital firms. Since our inception in 2012, we have invested in over 300 startups, with a current AUM of ¥80 billion (approx. $500M USD). Our first fund achieved a return of over 20x, making it one of the most successful early-stage funds in Japan.

In 2025, I will join the Stanford Executive Program (GSB) to expand my global network and gain deeper insights into leadership and innovation. I am particularly interested in building connections with world-class entrepreneurs, VCs, and researchers—especially those working in deep tech fields such as nuclear fusion and quantum computing.
