Curious finance, investment and growth company leader with a global mindset and 15+ years of investment experience as well as 5 years of hands-on financial management experience. Extensive international experience having lived and worked in 9 countries across 4 continents.

I have led the execution of numerous investments in Finland and emerging markets as Investment Director, Lead and Manager as well as created, developed and led finance functions as COO and CFO.

Completed a peacekeeping mission in Kosovo as Finnish Army intelligence officer, volunteered for an NGO in the Peruvian Amazon and travelled extensively in Africa and emerging markets.

Passionate about finance, creating new ways of working and creating a positive working environment. I believe that transparency, collaboration and empowerment are the keys to creating a great place to work.
