I have spent three decades inside global financial services, helping institutions turn technology, data and new operating models into commercial growth.

My background spans global sales, client coverage, product, operations, marketing, innovation and enterprise AI adoption across financial services in Europe and the Americas. Across those roles, the constant thread has been delivery: building teams, growing businesses, translating complexity for clients, and moving institutions from strategy to measurable results.

AI is now becoming part of how financial institutions work, sell, analyse, decide and serve clients. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹, 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹. Institutions need to understand where AI creates advantage, how it fits into real workflows, how teams adopt it, and how control, accountability and trust are built into the operating model from the start.

That is where I focus today: enterprise AI adoption, orchestration and scale in financial services. I help connect business strategy, client needs, technology capability, operating models and governance into practical outcomes.

My experience includes large-scale Microsoft Copilot adoption across a 5,000+ professional community within BNP Paribas, enterprise growth across multinational client portfolios, product and market development, and thought-leadership programmes in regulated environments. Across commercial and transformation initiatives, I have contributed 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 €𝟮𝟬𝟬𝗠 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 recurring annually.

I am especially interested in conversations with leaders building, buying or scaling AI, SaaS, data, workflow and enterprise technology solutions for financial institutions, particularly where commercial growth, institutional adoption and responsible execution need to come together.
