Aaron is the Co-founder & Managing Partner of 5 Horizons Ventures, bringing over 25 years experience in executive leadership, business development, management consulting and private equity investing -- with a strong emphasis on corporate strategy & growth. Before 5HV, he was the Managing Partner of Proclinical Executive, the life science advisory & executive search division of Acacium Group. Previously he served as CEO, Chairman, and Co-founder of STM Canna. His earlier roles include Operating Partner at Greenway Capital Markets and Transition Capital Partners, where he focused on deal evaluation, due diligence, capital raising, and leadership assessment.

Throughout his career, Aaron has worked closely with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives, including serving as CEO for a specialty insurance firm in South Texas. He also held senior leadership positions at Willis Group Holdings and Staff Care, a division of AMN HealthCare. Aaron earned a BS in Geography from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Texas Christian University
