I have a successful track record as a leader of organizational change in high pressure, critical timeframe environments. I have implemented successful budgetary management and forecasting of $150M+ in multiple organizations. Acknowledged as a "fixer"; I've been hired to tackle tough challenges, implement change, and improve morale. I have led teams and organizations at levels from 3 to 800+ personnel and my leadership style is collaborative, engaging, but focused. I enjoy and have thrived in the different ecosystems of academia and the high stress ecosystem of Joint Special Operations and currently, the production planning of space based systems. I earned a PhD in climate change focused on the Near East and have lectured on geopolitics and its impact to National Security and the energy sector. I currently serve as the Director, Enterprise Planning for Lockheed Martin Space. I have always been (and always will be) a motorcycle enthusiast, competing in off-road events in the Colorado region and enjoy physical fitness, travel and family.
