PERSONAL SUMMARY:
As an Engineering Director for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) at Google, I lead a global organization of ~100 professionals. My team is directly responsible for the reliability, availability, and efficiency of Google's foundational compute, storage, and AI/ML capacity within our global data centers.

We've successfully applied production principles to every stage of the hardware lifecycle, from initial deployment to decommission to meet and exceed our aggressive reliability and availability targets. My focus is on the reliability of all aspects of our machine management infrastructure, including supply chain order/fulfillment, and deployment operations, the full lifecycle management of all Compute, Storage, and AI/ML resources, and management of physical and logical capacity that powers both Google's internal products and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This work ensures the seamless delivery of critical AI/ML resources capacity, enabling innovation and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
