HEADLINE:
I've experienced working with 2, 20 and 200-year-old companies, with revenues ranging from £1m, £10m, £100m to £1 billion. For two decades, my experiences have spanned consulting and internal HR roles, where I implemented strategic people solutions to scale hyper-growth start-ups across a wide spectrum of industries. I am a Malaysian living in London and have led teams across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the USA.

I envision a world in which knowledge is freely and readily accessible. Knowledge has the power to level the playing field and I am inspired by Coursera, Wikipedia and open-source initiatives that have paved the way to the libre access of information.

I can’t make the world’s knowledge free….yet! But I can set MY knowledge free by:
1. Blogging, running talks and building learning communities - on all things scaling start-ups
2. Making People and Org products that I design open-source and freely available (e.g. career paths, performance frameworks, learning toolkits, recruitment frameworks).
