In terms of legal expertise, I have extensive knowledge in trade secret law, trade secret infringement investigation, information-based investigations, and litigation procedures. I have practical experience in investigating and litigating trade secret infringement cases in large semiconductor companies. Furthermore, I am highly proficient in information-based contract management frameworks and system integration.

My extensive experience working with Chinese semiconductor companies and my PhD in International Law from East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), along with my master's degrees in materials science and law and a bachelor's degree in information engineering, provide me with in-depth knowledge of Chinese law and legal practices in large semiconductor companies.
