HTuO Biosciences is a deep-tech company that operates at the intersection of physics, chemistry, and computer programming to develop advanced computational methods for drug discovery. The core technology uses a unique physics-based model to accurately represent the behaviours of atoms and molecules, closely mimicking the natural world without relying on training data.
HTuO aims to leverage its proprietary software, AtomForge (AF), to optimize and accelerate drug discovery, especially for challenging-to-target proteins. AF employs its distinctive physics-based model to provide highly accurate representations of atomic and molecular behaviours. Additionally, AF incorporates atomic charge fluctuations (polarizability) into its enhanced simulations, which will improve the ability to predict emergent properties. This, in turn, will directly enhance the accuracy of drug-target and drug-solvent interactions.
