Cardiogram

Cardiogram lets you analyze and graph heart rate measurements from the Health app (requires a device with a heart rate monitor). With Cardiogram you can see how your heart reacts during an intense workout, track changes to your resting heart rate, track spikes to your heart rate elated to stress, diet or exercise.
