Aromyx is a biotechnology startup that specializes in capturing unique sensory data using biotechnology and data science. Their platform, which includes the EssenceChip™ taste and scent sensor, allows for the digital capture of scent and taste by putting human olfactory and taste receptors onto a disposable biochip.
