Autonomous Systems Lab ^Companies

The Autonomous Systems Laboratory (ASL) is a group of technologists at NASA\u2019s Stennis Space Center that is developing expertise, tools, and processes to create robust, affordable autonomous systems. They are designing, testing, and deploying capabilities that help critical systems operate more autonomously and efficiently. The AS Project is developing software, sensors, and other technology to automate the operation of systems that will be needed for future NASA missions, such as spacecraft, habitats, and propellant loading systems. The ASL is a small team that created NPAS, the NASA Platform for Autonomous Systems, a software toolkit, to simplify and streamline the design, development, and testing of autonomous systems.
