SkinScreener is the first app to provide a comprehensive visual AI-based assessment of the risk of skin cancer, together with a teledermatological option for a quick diagnosis. SkinScreener detects in real-time all medically relevant skin tumours (pigmented and non-pigmented). Assessment via Visual AI (no human review) The app was developed for lay people and end users to provide a simple way to detect skin cancer. This also leads to the creation of basic awareness and the targeted referral of potential patients to doctors. Digital before outpatient before inpatient. Prevention is an essential pillar in the fight against skin cancer and the earlier it is detected, the easier it is to cure. The purpose of the app is to provide a continuous patient journey starting with self risk assessment, telemedicine and if necessary dermatologist continuing diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and cure. We do not want to and cannot replace the dermatologist. We can ensure that the dermatologists get the right patients and that the system is not overburdened with patient lines.
