By partnering with local leaders, Rise Up aims to create a future where all individuals can thrive, emphasizing equity in education, health, and economic opportunities. The organization envisions a world where women, girls, and their allies have the resources and power to drive positive change. The mission of Rise Up is to empower local leaders who are transforming their communities as part of a global movement for justice and equity. They provide training, funding, and connections to a network of over 800 leaders, which has successfully advocated for more than 218 new and improved laws and policies, benefiting over 172 million people worldwide. Their services include training and capacity building, financial support for projects, and global networking to facilitate collaboration among leaders.
