YourNest is one of India's best-performing early-stage venture capital funds. Since 2012, we have nurtured pioneering DeepTech startups in India and have always believed in forging our own path. Our horizontal partnership model, driven by functional expertise and entrepreneur nurturance at the core, allows us to focus on what truly matters: the long-term success of our portfolio companies and attractive returns for our investors.

• Focused on product-led, IP-backed ideas, we help develop global market leaders from India by leveraging transformative technologies like AI, robotics, IoT, health tech, space tech, and quantum computing.
• Unlike traditional VCs, we believe in nurturing success by investing in a handful of founders and concentrating our efforts on growing each one.
o YourNest has a high partner-to-founder ratio. Eight partners manage 34 active portfolio companies, which are supported by a team of 19 people across functions.
o As a byproduct, at YourNest, we have a very low write-off ratio across our three funds and have created a healthy DPI.
• Two fast-track funding initiatives in 2020 (amidst the COVID-19 lockdown) and 2024 reinforced our vantage point of having India’s widest access to early-stage deals.
• Our track record (as of 31 December 2024):
o As of Dec 2024, Fund II and Fund III have been recognised by CRISIL (an S&P affiliate) as best-performing funds within their respective vintage and category
o Fund I (US$14mn; 2012 vintage): Invested across 16 startups currently marked at 4.6x Gross MOIC and ~190% DPI at 21.7% Gross IRR.
o Fund II (US$30mn; 2017 vintage): Invested across 19 startups currently marked at 3.2x Gross MOIC and ~30% DPI at 31.0% Gross IRR.
o Fund III (US$69mn; 2021 vintage): Invested across 18 start-ups, with several already on track to becoming industry disruptors. The fund is currently at 1.2x Gross MOIC and 16.6% Gross IRR. The fund has deployed in 4 more businesses since Dec’24.
• NIIF – India’s largest sovereign infrastructure fund – made its debut VC investment via YourNest VC Fund III in 2022
