Flex Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm backing world-class founders at the pre-seed and seed stages. We write initial checks between $200K and $2M, with significant reserves from our $200M committed capital to support our companies in future rounds.

We know what it’s like to build from zero—and we show up for our founders with conviction, speed, and long-term commitment.

We don’t burden entrepreneurs with unnecessary overhead or legal complexity. We pledge our voting shares back to founders and never give up on the companies we back. We make decisions quickly—usually within a week—and actively help our portfolio raise follow-on capital, close customers, and access strategic angels.
