Oncoethix is a Swiss company founded in 2007 by former associates at Cvitkovic & Associes Consultants SA. The company's goal is to develop 3 to 5 new drugs for cancer treatment and seek pharmaceutical partners for funding and commercialization. The founders have a successful track record in bringing oncology leads to global markets. Oncoethix has in-licensed three promising cancer drug candidates, with two currently in clinical development. The company was initially financed by the founders and received a Series A financing of 3.7 million Swiss francs in 2009 from venture capital firms Index Ventures and Endeavour Vision.
