I have over 20 years experience in the Dairy industry. During this time I have been involved with commissioning the Oceania Dairy Infant Formula Milk Powder Dryer.
I have had various roles in the Dairy industry including
Packing, Palletising Operator
Packing, Palletising Charge hand
Dryer, Evaporater Operator
Operating Supervisor in a lactose plant
Product Supervisor
Technical Trainer for Infant Formula Milk Powder Dryer.
Also I have spend time at the ports of Timaru and Auckland as a Terminal Supervisor in charge of unloading 30 thousand ton cement discharges.
I have experience in running small and big teams in a pressure environment. This experience has made myself a capable leader who looks at the bigger picture. I have excellent understanding of health and safety procedures which ensures the smooth operation running of processes.
I also hold a class 2, wheel and tracks and a class 3 boiler ticket plus many nzqa qualifications.
