In my current role as Head of Employer Sales at Noom, I lead a team that is showing brokers, consultants, and enterprise employers across the country how our proven combination of psychology, technology and human coaching empowers people to change their lives for the better.

I am a strong believer in getting better every day, and continually increasing my knowledge across all walks of life. I believe sales and leadership skills need to constantly be enhanced and developed through knowledge and training.

I'm passionate about instilling this belief within my team so we are a group of individuals who are focused on getting better. There is so much in sales that is out of our control, so I focus on the areas that we can control.

I love to see people embrace this mentality. There is nothing better than inspiring an individual to improve, and see them reach all of their personal and professional goals.
