Ted Lyon ^Leaders

Ted Lyon has been in the commercial real estate industry for 18 years. He is currently an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Ted specializes in representing corporate clients in the leasing of office and R&D space in the Greater Boston market, as well as nationally and internationally. Ted is a former winner of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board Rookie of the Year and is a four time winner of the CBA Deal of the Year award.

During his career, Ted has acted as exclusive broker for over 50 companies including Orchard Brands, ARIAD, Biogen Idec, Vertex, Communispace, and Rue La La.
