Christina Berg Leaders

Much like translators who speak two languages and serve as a communication link between two people, I bring the ability to speak the end-user or stakeholder's language – whether they are clinicians or C-suite leaders – and the technical development and implementation team. I am a trusted advisor to our customer, as someone who speaks their language, can clarify their needs, build trust and help them understand the value of solutions that our products can offer.

I understand the clinical needs of Value Based Care Solutions, Healthcare Analytics, Care Management and Electronic Medical Records systems. I know they are more than IT systems; they are organization-wide projects that can impact all aspects of healthcare operations. My ability to understand the customer’s needs and conduct gap analyses between existing and desired IT infrastructure that ensures I can add value to an organization.

See below that I started in HIT as an Epic Systems consultant, where I spent 4 years managing health system implementation projects. In 2014, I transitioned into sales where I have been a senior sales consultant and clinical SME for the pre-sales team. I have been part of IBM Watson’s global team traveling to Singapore, Dubai, UAE and Australia to assess international healthcare systems and make suggestions to modify products to meet global healthcare needs.

I am an adaptable communicator who excels at building rapport and trust with integrity and my straightforward approach to needs assessment and solution-based, consultative selling and training skills. Whether my client needs a clinical SME for gap analysis, system development, go-live support or post-implementation assistance, my background ensures that I can adapt to meet their needs. I thoroughly enjoy mentoring and coaching others to take this same forward-thinking approach to business development and customer relationship building and am seeking to move into a sales leadership role as I continue my career growth.
