Muhammad Heikal is the Director of Government Affairs, Policy & Strategic Partnerships at Roche, his 18+ years professional experience lies in the area of sales & marketing of pharmaceutical & diagnostic products and shaping healthcare ecosystems strategies & policies through establishing effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

In light of the increasing health demands & rising costs, Muhammad’s passion is improving patient lives & building sustainable health systems. He believes that this is only feasible if health-systems use data, digital technologies and advanced analytics to ensure that the screening, diagnosis, treatment and even prevention of disease is done more quickly & accurately - ensuring the right intervention delivered to the right person at the right time.

Muhammad is a pharmacist by education and holds a master degree in marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport.
