• Synthetic and medicinal chemistry for assays, fluorescent tools, novel series and single compounds in late stage preclinical development.

• Scaled synthetic preparation, process chemistry and methodology for small molecule development as well as an FDA approved API.

• Targets worked on include; genomics, protein kinases, pain, substance abuse, tuberculosis, inflammation and DMPK.

• Proficient with automated flash chromatography, HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, lab, pilot and plant scale reaction vessels as well as processing equipment.

• Bioconjugations with enzymes, mAbs and oligonucleotides as well as protein pharmacology, assay development and assay validation.
