Frank Clyburn ^Leaders

I had the honor of joining IFF to serve as its CEO from February 2022 to March 2024. There, I focused on supporting our employees, delivering for our customers, and creating value for our stakeholders.

Prior to IFF, I served as Executive Vice President and President of Human Health at Merck & Co, where I led a team that built one of the leading oncology businesses in the world and is now transforming cancer care. I understand the importance of R&D and how to commercialize innovation to truly win in the marketplace.

I strongly believe in the importance of fostering a healthy team culture that values treating people with dignity and respect, which involves recruiting talent who can collaborate, work together and rally around a collective mission.
