Asha S. Collins Leaders

Dr. Asha S. Collins is a global life sciences executive with expertise across clinical trials, supply chain, SaaS bioinformatics analysis platforms, and corporate governance.

She most recently served as the Senior Vice President / General Manager at DNAnexus for Population Programs’ Analysis Platforms. Over three years, she and her team grew revenue by over 9-fold and won numerous international innovation awards. In this role, she was accountable for building the SaaS B2B2C multiomics analysis business that enabled large-scale data access, data security, and data analyses for thousands of researchers globally.

In her prior roles, Dr. Collins led US clinical trials for Genentech / Roche (team of over 600), ran the Clinical Trial Sourcing business at McKesson (>$200M P&L), and was a management consultant at Deloitte and Quintiles. She also led the operational design for CDT-Africa, which started in Ethiopia and now is World Bank-funded and serves as a Center of Excellence for all of East Africa.

Dr. Collins also sits on the Board of IDEXX Laboratories (NASDAQ: IDXX), Blackstone-backed, LifeScience Logistics, as well as the Translational Institute for Space Health, a NASA-affiliated entity. She is also on the Board of the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, serving on the Technology Commercialization Committee and WARF Therapeutics.
