I am committed to lead resilient teams that OWN Elanco and are passionate about creating superior customer value and a winning, purpose driven culture. Much of my learnings come from years of interactions with customers and team mates around the world. After having led Elanco Europe, Middle East and Africa during the acquisitions of veterinary divisions of Janssen, Lohmann and Novartis, my team and I are ready to write the new chapter of Elanco International by integrating Bayer Animal Health into our team. We have complementary capabilities, talents, and portfolio, and we are committed to more value creation for customers, communities, and investors. A trained veterinarian, I am passionate about how healthy animals enable healthy people and a healthier planet.
