I am currently a sophomore studying Business Administration in the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. I’m a sales and customer service professional passionate about problem-solving and building meaningful connections. In my current role as an Online Sales Representative, I focus on phone-based sales, developing strong communication and negotiation skills while navigating challenges with resilience and adaptability.

Alongside this, I work at the front desk of a gym, where I enhance my interpersonal skills, act as a leader, manage multiple tasks, and ensure a positive experience for all members.

With a growing interest in healthcare, I’m eager to transition into hospital administration. I’m focused on leveraging my customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills to contribute to healthcare systems prioritizing patient care and operational efficiency.
