Alchemab ^Leaders

I am a biochemist-turned-bioinformatician and data scientist. I'm curious about how we can synergise human expertise, data-efficient algorithms, data visualisation, and more recently, NLP, to better understand biology. Specific biological problems of interest include protein structure prediction and immune recognition.

Currently I'm at Alchemab Therapeutics, combining large-scale data analyses with deep learning to better understand and select antibodies for drug discovery, working on things like AntiBERTa. I think we learn best by "thinking out loud", so do drop me a line if you ever want to chat about antibodies, proteins, data, and/or ML.

Previously my work was centred around antibody protein structure prediction (ABodyBuilder) and T-cell receptors (TCRBuilder).
